My kids and I had been going here for at least 20 years now. Last time before Wednesday Aug 12th was January 2026.
To say that the quality and flavours have gone dramatically down hill is an understatement.
We ordered are regular faves. Spring rolls, kung pao chicken with peanuts and mushrooms, beef and broccolli, dry breaded shrimp, s&s chicken balls chicken fried rice, dry breaded shrimp, and fried squid. Very disappointed. The Kung Pao Chicken they brought us was cooked too much and was burnt. Didn't have the awesome flavour it once had. It was just plain bad. I talked to the server, who was a sweetheart about it, and he took order back, said cook fixed it, but now it was overly sweet and dried out.We said we couldn't eat it. He said he would take off the bill. Thought that was the end of it. Little elderly lady came out and said only $3 off the 14.95 price. I said for something we cant eat?!?!? She said they have been making it for over 30 years the same and we are like NO!!!.
They didn't include everything in dish as they should have, as the server pointed out to the lady, and taste was way off.
Squid was over done and tough, spring rolls were dried out.Smaller than usual pces of chicken in s&s chicken balls
Enormous amounts of batter on dry breaded ribs. It was like like playing find Waldo when trying to find the actual rib piece.
Even the rice had a burnt taste to it.
As we were leaving, we noticed they have pics at the front, showing what the food is suppose to look like, and how we knew it as.
I travelled 90 mins, from where I live but NEVER AGAIN. We were nice about it all and that got us no where.
Who knows a great Chinese food place they can recommend??

First time ordering a delivery having first visited the restaurant on New Years Eve. The order was complete and on time. Portions were very generous. Deluxe wonton soup was very tasty and the Super Snow lettuce wraps were a favourite. The 2 chicken dishes (Lemon and Veg with Cashew Nuts) and 2 beef dishes (Ginger & Pineapple and Veg) were good too. All in all, very satisfied and will reorder again.

Most was good. The ribs were disappointing. Very small, bland and watery. The picture was very deceptive. The rest of the food was good but nothing stood out as exceptionally good.

Awful order taker he can’t even get it right
You need someone else
We have been going there for over18 years and he can’t get it right
He is worse we love the food not worth trying to give him a 200.00 order he is so wrong for this job

The food was great and reasonable priced! The chicken was so crispy!
